Low Carb Bacon Hash
Ingredients:
- .5 lb Bacon sugar-free, chopped
- 1/2 head Cauliflower chopped
- 1 c Onions 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
- .5 tsp Ground Black Pepper Omit for strict AIP
- .5 tsp Garlic Powder
Instructions:
- In a medium skillet over medium heat, cook bacon until crispy, about 10 minutes. Remove from pan.
- Add chopped cauliflower, onion, and garlic to the skillet. Cook 5 minutes over medium heat, or until cauliflower starts to brown. Add salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and bacon. Stir until combined
- Remove from heat and serve
Notes
Turn this into a complete meal by adding a couple of poached or over-easy eggs on top. You can also mix this bacon hash into some scrambled eggs.
