Lemongrass Chicken with Cilantro & Chiles
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp Fresh Ginger peeled and grated
- 1 tbsp Lemongrass finely chopped
- 4 cloves Garlic minced or pressed
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tsp Fish Sauce
- 2 lbs Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Serrano Peppers thinly sliced
- .25 c Fresh Cilantro chopped
Instructions:
- In a medium bowl, whisk ginger, lemongrass, garlic, honey, and fish sauce. Add chicken and toss until coated. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
- In a nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5 minutes per side.
- Top with sliced chiles and cilantro to serve.
