Keto Sausage Balls
Ingredients:
- 1 Eggs
- 1 c Almond Flour
- 8 oz Cheddar Cheese
- .25 c Parmesan Cheese grated
- 1 tbsp Butter or Coconut Oil
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- .25 tsp Sea Salt
- 1 lb Breakfast Sausage raw
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350
- Add all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix until well combined.
- Using a cookie scoop and your oiled hands roll sausage mixture into 20-25 sausage balls
- Place sausage balls on a cookie sheet
- Bake for 15-20 minutes
- Store in a zip-top bag
