Keto Breakfast Sandwish
Ingredients:
- 8 Breakfast Sausage patties
- 4 Eggs
- 4 tbsp Cream Cheese
- .5 tsp Sea Salt
- .25 tsp Ground Black Pepper
Instructions:
- In skillet over medium heat, cook sausages per package instructions and set aside
- In small bowl place cream cheese and microwave for 20-30 seconds until melted
- Stir cream cheese and set aside
- Mix eggs with seasoning and make 4 small omelettes. Cooking 2-3 minutes per side.
- Fill omelette with cheese mixture and assemble sandwich with patties on each side.
