Slow Cooker Kahlua Pork

Ingredients:

  • 6 lb pork butt roast
  • 2 tbsp sea salt
  • .5 lb bacon 5–6 slices

Instructions:

  • Pierce pork all over with a knife.
  • Place roast in a slow cooker.
  • Rub salt over meat then lay bacon across the roast.
  • Cover and cook on low for 3 hours per pound of pork.
  • Remove meat from slow cooker and shred, adding drippings as needed to moisten.

    Good, but we added some paleo BBQ sauce because we felt it needed a little more favor. Very juicy and tender. Will make again.
