Instant Pot Beef Bourguignon

  • Put Instant Pot on Browning Setting. Add olive oil and warm. 
  • Season beef with sea salt and saute the meat in batches to brown. Set aside.
  • Saute onions, then add beef back along with all the other ingredients. 
  • Switch to High Pressure Setting for 30 minutes. 
  • Serve with rice, potatoes, or vegetables.
