Honey Rosemary Glazed Carrots

Ingredients:

  • 8 Carrots peeled and sliced 1/4-inch thick, can also buy 1 lb(s) of baby carrots
  • .75 c Water
  • .5 tsp Sea Salt
  • 3 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tsp Fresh Rosemary minced

Instructions:

  • Combine carrots, water, and salt in a pot. Bring to a boil then cook until carrots are tender, about 10 minutes.
  • Drain carrots and return to pot.
  • Stir in honey, butter, and rosemary. Cover and cook over medium heat until fragrant, about 5 minutes.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
