Healthy Quinoa Salad

Ingredients:

  • 2.5 c Quinoa cooked
  • 1 Cucumbers diced
  • 2 Bell Peppers red, diced
  • 1 c Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 4 bunches Green Onions thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced or pressed
  • 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1.5 tbsp Olive Oil
  • .5 tsp Sea Salt

Instructions:

  • Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. If possible, allow to sit overnight giving the flavors have more time to develop.
