Healthy Quinoa Salad
Ingredients:
- 2.5 c Quinoa cooked
- 1 Cucumbers diced
- 2 Bell Peppers red, diced
- 1 c Cherry Tomatoes halved
- 4 bunches Green Onions thinly sliced
- 2 cloves Garlic minced or pressed
- 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1.5 tbsp Olive Oil
- .5 tsp Sea Salt
Instructions:
- Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. If possible, allow to sit overnight giving the flavors have more time to develop.
