Ground Beef and Veggie Saute
Ingredients:
- 4 tbsp Coconut Oil
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 c Onions 1 onion, chopped
- 1 cloves Garlic minced or pressed
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
- .25 head Green Cabbage .5 pound, thinly sliced or chopped
- 1 tbsp Coconut Aminos Or Tamari
- 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 tbsp Sesame Oil toasted
- 4 tbsp Sesame Seeds
- .5 tsp Ground Black Pepper
Instructions:
- Add coconut oil, beef, onions, and garlic to a pan and cook over medium heat until almost no pink remains in the beef. Season with salt and pepper
- Add cabbage to the pan, cover, and cook for about 5 minutes until wilted and tender. Remove the lid and cook on high for about 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly, to dry out the pan
- Turn heat down to low and add coconut aminos, vinegar, and sesame oil. Stir together and cook for about 3 minutes, until the mixture is fully coated in sauce
- To serve, transfer beef and veggies to a plate and top with sesame seeds
