Green Goddess Salad Dressing
Ingredients:
- 1 clove Garlic
- 2 Avocado about 1 cup
- 7 tbsp Water
- 4 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- .25 c Olive Oil
- .5 c Fresh Basil
- .5 c Fresh Parsley
- .5 c Green Onions more green than white parts
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
- 1 tsp Honey
- .25 tsp Cayenne Pepper Flakes
Instructions:
- Add garlic clove to food processor and process until finely chopped.
- Add in the water, oil, avocado, herbs & green onions. Process until smooth. Add in the lemon juice and apple cider vinegar slowly - stopping to taste it halfway through and stop if it is tangy enough for you, if not add remaining lemon juice and vinegar.
- Add salt, honey, and cayenne and process until combined. Can store in fridge up to 5 days in an airtight container.
