Greek Wedge Salad
Ingredients:
- 2 heads Romaine Lettuce
- 1 Cucumbers diced
- .5 c Black Olives pitted and sliced
- .25 c Olive Oil
- 3 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2 cloves Garlic minced or pressed
- 1 tsp Dried Oregano
- .25 tsp Sea Salt
Instructions:
- Halve the head of lettuce lengthwise and wash well. Drain and layout on a serving platter, with the cut-side up. Scatter over the cucumber and black olives.
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic puree, and dried oregano. Season the dressing with salt and drizzle generously all over the lettuce wedges.
