Greek Salad
Ingredients:
- 4 Tomatoes chopped
- 1 Cucumbers sliced
- 1 Bell Peppers green, chopped
- .5 c Red Onions sliced
- 1.7 oz Kalamata Olives 16 olives
- 4 tbsp Capers
- 6 oz Feta Cheese
- 1 tsp Dried Oregano
- 4 tbsp Olive Oil
- .5 tsp Sea Salt
- .125 tsp Ground Black Pepper
Instructions:
- Wash and slice the tomatoes. Peel and slice the cucumber. Halve, deseed and slice the green pepper. Peel and slice the red onion.
- Place everything into a bowl and add the capers, olives, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Top with feta and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil. Toss and serve immediately!
