Greek Chicken
Ingredients:
- .5 tsp Dried Basil
- .5 tsp Dried Parsley
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- .5 tsp Dried Rosemary
- .5 tsp Dried Dill
- .5 tsp Ground Black Pepper
- .5 tsp Sea Salt
- 3 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
- 3 tbsp Coconut Oil or oil of your choice
- 4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 1 c Red Onions 1 onion, thickly sliced
- 10 Cherry Tomatoes whole
- 0.5` c Feta Cheese
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- Place the chicken breasts in a 9×13 inch pan or a deep baking dish.
- Pour the balsamic vinegar and coconut oil over the chicken breasts evenly and then sprinkle the seasoning over the chicken breasts.
- Add the red onions and tomatoes to the outside of the pan around the chicken breasts.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes until the chicken is done. The tomatoes will be popped and the onions will start to brown on the ends.
- Top with the feta cheese and serve with your favorite side dish and enjoy!
