  • Preheat oven to 300.
  • For the cereal: Mix all dry ingredients together.
  • For the coating: Combine syrup, coconut oil and vanilla. Pour over dry ingredients and stir until fully mixed.
  • Spread out granola evenly on a rimmed cookie sheet. Bake for 20 minutes. Gently stir granola and spread out evenly again. Bake another 20 minutes.
  • Cool completely before storing in air-tight container.

Notes

Warming syrup and coconut oil will make it easier to stir into dry ingredients.
