Paleo Grain-Free Wraps
Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp Coconut Oil
- 3 Eggs large
- 1 Egg Whites
- .25 c Sesame Seeds grind into a flour in your coffee grinder
- .25 tsp Sea Salt
- .25 tsp Garlic Powder
- .5 c Tapioca Flour
- .5 tsp Cream Of Tartar
Instructions:
- Place a medium skillet over medium heat and grease the pan with the coconut oil.
- In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients and whisk for one minute.
- Pour out a 5" circle into your pan and cook for 3 to 4 minutes until browned.
- Flip and brown the other side.
- Remove from the pan and repeat.
- Tip: Re-whisk the batter before you pour a new wrap.
