Garlic Greens
Ingredients:
- 1 c Onions sliced
- 8 cloves Garlic whole
- .5 tsp Smoked Paprika
- 3 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 bunch Kale chopped
- 1 bunch Mustard Greens chopped
- .25 tsp Coconut Sugar
- .25 tsp Sea Salt
- 2 c Water
Instructions:
- Cook sliced onions, whole garlic cloves, and smoked paprika in a large pot with olive oil, about 2 minutes.
- Add chopped mustard greens and kale, water, sugar, and salt. Simmer, covered, until tender, about 15 minutes. Serve hot.
