Garlic Cabbage and Carrot Slaw
Ingredients:
- 5 cloves Garlic crushed or minced
- .25 c Apple Cider Vinegar
- 4 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Lemons juiced
- .25 tsp Sea Salt
- .25 tsp Garlic Powder
- .25 tsp Onion Powder
- 2 tbsp Fresh Cilantro chopped
- 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley chopped
- 1 heads Green Cabbage shredded
- .25 c Red Onions thinly sliced
- 1 Carrots shredded
Instructions:
- Whisk all of the dressing ingredients together in a medium-sized bowl, preferably one with a lid, so you can shake it all around.
- Prep all the salad ingredients and place them all in the bowl on top of the dressing.
- Put a lid on the bowl and shake all of the ingredients together, until the veggies are coated with the dressing.
- This salad tastes best if you can make it a few hours before the meal, or even the day before, which gives it time for all the flavors to meld together.
