Paleo Sugar Cookies in a Jar
1 1/4 cup of 20 Dishes Almond Flour
½ cup of coconut flour
1 tablespoon of tapioca flour
¼ teaspoon of sea salt
½ teaspoon of baking soda
¼ cup of ghee (Note to add to mix)
½ teaspoon of vanilla extract (Note to add to mix)
1 egg (Note to add to mix)
¼ cup of coconut sugar

Do not preheat your oven. Timing is based on putting into a cold oven.
Add the flour sugar mixture to your food processor and pulse to combine.
Then add the ghee vanilla, egg and coconut sugar and pulse until you have a cookie dough.
Roll out the dough between two sheets of parchment and cut with your cookie cutters. Place them on a piece of parchment paper and then bake at 350 degrees for 15 – 20 minutes.

Homemade Eggnog
2 cups of Half and Half
2 egg yolks
1/4 cup maple syrup
dash of cinnamon
dash of nutmeg
dash of sea salt
Rum (optional but highly suggested)

Place all ingredients in your blender and mix until smooth. Place in a pot over medium heat and bring almost up to a boil (do not let this boil) and remove from the heat. Place in a glass jar and seal tight. Let cool in the fridge and enjoy.

Spicy Hot Chocolate
1 1/2 cup half and half
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon cayenne

In a medium pot over low heat, add in all the ingredients.
Bring to a low boil, turn to low and whisk for 2 minutes to combine all the spices.

Vanilla Extract
1 cup of vodka or bourbon
6 to 7 vanilla beans
Slice vanilla beans in half lengthwise to reveal inside of beans. Cut if needed to make them fit into your jar.

Place in a glass jar.
Pour alcohol over the beans.
Cap tightly and shake gently.
Store in a cool, dark place for at least a month, shaking occasionally. I prefer to leave 2-3 months.
