Easy Shrimp and Avocado Ceviche

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Shrimp deveined and cooked, cut into bite-size chunks
  • 1 Limes juiced
  • 1 Lemons juiced
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Cucumbers diced
  • 1 Avocado peeled and diced
  • 3 tbsp Onions chopped
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Cilantro chopped for garnish
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt to taste
  • .5 tsp Ground Black Pepper Omit for AIP

Instructions:

  • In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients.
  • Serve immediately or place in refrigerator and allow flavors to marry for 1–2 hours before serving.
