Easy Shrimp and Avocado Ceviche
Ingredients:
- 1 lb Shrimp deveined and cooked, cut into bite-size chunks
- 1 Limes juiced
- 1 Lemons juiced
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Cucumbers diced
- 1 Avocado peeled and diced
- 3 tbsp Onions chopped
- 2 tbsp Fresh Cilantro chopped for garnish
- 1 tsp Sea Salt to taste
- .5 tsp Ground Black Pepper Omit for AIP
Instructions:
- In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients.
- Serve immediately or place in refrigerator and allow flavors to marry for 1–2 hours before serving.
