Easy Sauteed Kale
Ingredients:
- 1 bunch Kale rib removed and chopped
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic minced or pressed
- .25 tsp Sea Salt
Instructions:
- In a large saute pan, heat oil over medium-high heat until shimmering. Add minced garlic and cook until aromatic about 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Add kale to pan. Drizzle lemon juice and salt over the top and stir kale in pan to combine. Cover and let cook 4-5 minutes or until kale turns a bright green. Stir and serve.
