  • In a large saute pan, heat oil over medium-high heat until shimmering. Add minced garlic and cook until aromatic about 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly. 
  • Add kale to pan. Drizzle lemon juice and salt over the top and stir kale in pan to combine. Cover and let cook 4-5 minutes or until kale turns a bright green. Stir and serve.
