Denver Scramble
Ingredients:
- 8 Eggs
- 6 slices Deli-Style Ham chopped
- 1 Bell Peppers chopped
- 1 c Onions 1 onion, chopped
- 4 tbsp Coconut Oil
- 4 tbsp Nutritional Yeast
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
- .5 tsp Ground Black Pepper
Instructions:
- Add coconut oil to a pan and heat on medium. Add ham, bell pepper, and onion. Season with salt and pepper and sauté until the onions are translucent
- Crack eggs into a bowl and whisk until fluffy, then pour them into the pan with the ham and veggies. Cook until set, stirring frequently to scramble the eggs
- Transfer the scramble to a plate, top with nutritional yeast, and enjoy
