Curry Thyme Turkey Patties

  • In the bowl of a food processor, add onion, garlic, turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, mustard, cumin, and coconut milk. Process until a smooth to make a curry paste.
  • In a large bowl, combine 1-1/2 tbsp curry paste, ground turkey, thyme, and salt. Form turkey mixture into 4 patties.
  • In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt coconut oil. Place turkey patties in skillet and cook for approximately 4 minutes. Turn patties over and cook an additional 4 minutes or until cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
  • Remove from heat. Serve with your favorite side dish.
