Creamy Pineapple Coleslaw
Ingredients:
- 4 c Red Cabbage shredded
- 1 c Canned Pineapple diced and drained.
- .25 c Coconut Cream
- .25 c Full Fat Canned Coconut Milk
- 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Coconut Sugar
- .25 tsp Turmeric
- .25 tsp Sea Salt
Instructions:
- In a large bowl toss together all of the ingredients.
- Cover and let slaw rest in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes before serving.
