Creamy Garlic & Basil Zucchini Noodles

If you have ever had a garden overflowing with zucchini, then you simply must file this recipe away!

Not only is it easy to throw together, but it is also a very healthy way to get your kiddos eating “noodles”. They will never have to know that these noodles are made from one ingredient: zucchini.

Combined with the healthy fat in butter, or for a Paleo version you can use ghee, you will get a meal filled with fresh-from-the-garden vitamins and minerals! We haven’t had a angel hair wheat pasta noodle in years thanks to this awesome noodle making method!

Just bought a spiralizer so look forward to make zucchini pasta though I would opt for a vegan version without bacon or butter.
    Thank you.
