Creamed Leeks with Garlic and Cream Cheese
Ingredients:
- 2 Leeks large, sliced and rinsed
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 2 cloves Garlic minced or pressed
- 2 tbsp Cream Cheese
- .5 tsp Ground Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
Instructions:
- In a large saucepan, heat the butter and gently cook the garlic.
- Add the sliced leeks and cook until soft. Stirring throughout.
- Remove the saucepan from the heat, and stir through the cream cheese, salt, and black pepper.
