  • 2 leeks large, sliced and rinsed
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic minced or pressed
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • .5 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp sea salt


  • In a large saucepan, heat the butter and gently cook the garlic.
  • Add the sliced leeks and cook until soft. Stirring throughout.
  • Remove the saucepan from the heat, and stir through the cream cheese, salt, and black pepper.
