Cowboy Burgers
Ingredients:
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- .5 lb Bacon 4–5 slices, diced
- 2 Jalapenos seeded and sliced, optional
- .5 c Cheddar Cheese shredded, optional
- 2 tsp Sea Salt
- 1 tsp Ground Black Pepper
Instructions:
- Place all ingredients in a medium bowl and mix with your hands until well combined.
- Shape into 4 patties.
- Grill or pan fry for 5–7 minutes per side.
