  • .5 lb bacon 4–5 slices, diced
  • 2 jalapenos seeded and sliced, optional
  • .5 c cheddar cheese shredded, optional
  • 2 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper

Instructions:

  • Place all ingredients in a medium bowl and mix with your hands until well combined.
  • Shape into 4 patties.
  • Grill or pan fry for 5–7 minutes per side.
