Cold Asian Zoodle Salad
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp Coconut Aminos Or Tamari
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 tsp Lime Juice
- 1 tsp Fresh Ginger minced
- .5 tsp Coconut Sugar
- 4 Zucchini spiralized
- 2 Carrots spiralized
- .25 c Radishes spiralized
- 2 bunches Green Onions chopped
- 2 tbsp Fresh Cilantro chopped
- 2 tsp Fresh Basil chopped
- 2 tsp Fresh Mint chopped
Instructions:
- In a mason jar or container with a tight-fitting lid, combine the coconut aminos, olive oil, lime juice, ginger, and coconut sugar. Shake vigorously and set aside.
- In a large bowl, toss remaining ingredients together, mixing well.
- Pour dressing over vegetables and mix well before serving.
