Coconut Beef Curry
Ingredients:
- 1.5 lb Beef Stew Meat diced
- 4 cloves Garlic minced or pressed
- .5 c Onions large diced
- 27 oz Full Fat Canned Coconut Milk 2 cans
- 1 tbsp Ginger minced
- 1 Butternut Squash peeled and diced
- 1 Jalapenos finely diced
- 1 tbsp Turmeric
- 1 tbsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Cumin ground
- 1 tsp Ground Coriander
- 1 tsp Chili Powder
Instructions:
- Stir all ingredients together in slow cooker and cook on low 6 hours.
- Serve with rice, potatoes, or cauliflower rice.
