Chunky Vegetable Chili
Ingredients:
- 15 oz Canned Cannellini Beans 1 can, rinsed and drained
- 1 c Frozen Corn Kernels
- 1 c Vegetable Broth
- 1 c Onions 1 onion, chopped
- 1 c Celery 2 stalks, sliced
- 6 oz Tomato Paste 1 can
- 4 oz Diced Green Chiles 1 can, mild, undrained
- .5 c Carrots 1 carrot, chopped
- 3 cloves Garlic minced or pressed
- 1 tbsp Chili Powder
- 2 tsp Dried Oregano
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
- 0.50 tsp Ground Black Pepper
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients in slow cooker, stirring to combine.
- Cover and cook on low 5 hours.
