Chicken Parmesan Casserole
Ingredients:
- 4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts cooked
- 1 c Marinara Sauce
- .5 tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
- 1 c Parmesan Cheese grated
- 1.5 c Mozzarella Cheese shredded
- 1 oz Pork Rinds crushed
- .5 tsp Dried Basil
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350 F and lightly grease an 8-inch square baking pan.
- Spread the chicken in the greased dish and pour the tomato sauce over it. Sprinkle with the red pepper flakes. Top with the Parmesan and then the mozzarella. Lightly sprinkle the crushed pork rinds and basil over the top.
- Bake for 25 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
