Chicken and Mixed Veggie Stir Fry
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp Coconut Oil
- 1 lb Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts sliced
- 2 tbsp Coconut Aminos Or Tamari
- 2 tbsp Water
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- .25 tsp Ground Ginger
- 1 c Onions 1 onion, sliced
- 1 c Broccoli Florets
- 1 Bell Peppers sliced
- 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
- 1 bunches Green Onions chopped
Instructions:
- Melt oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat
- Add chicken to skillet and cook through, about 5–7 minutes then remove chicken and set aside.
- Add all veggies except green onions to pan and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.
- Add meat back to the pan then add sauce and heat through.
- Plate and top with sesame seeds and green onions.
