Chicken with Lemon and Thyme
Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
- .5 tsp Ground Black Pepper omit for strict AIP
- .25 tsp Dried Thyme
- 2 lb Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
Instructions:
- Heat a skillet on medium high and add the chicken breasts. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes per side until golden brown and juices run clear.
