Buffalo Sloppy Joes
Ingredients:
- .5 lb Ground Turkey
- .25 c Celery finely chopped
- .25 c Onions finely chopped
- .5 Carrots finely chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced or pressed
- 3 tbsp Tomato Sauce
- 2 tbsp Chicken Broth
- 1 tbsp Hot Sauce
- 1.5 tsp Brown Sugar
- 1.5 tsp Red Wine Vinegar
- .75 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- .125 tsp Ground Black Pepper
- .25 c Blue Cheese crumbled
Instructions:
- In a Dutch oven, cook the first 5 ingredients over medium heat until turkey is no longer pink. Stir in the tomato sauce, chicken broth, hot sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and pepper; heat through.
- Serve on buns or portobello mushrooms; sprinkle with blue cheese.
