Brussels Sprouts with Garlic & Goat Cheese
Ingredients:
- 3 lb Brussels Sprouts trimmed and halved
- .25 c Olive Oil
- 8 cloves Garlic minced or pressed
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
- .5 tsp Ground Black Pepper
- 5 oz Goat Cheese 1 package
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 425°. Toss first five ingredients; spread in a greased 15x10x1-in. pan. Roast until tender, 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally. Transfer to a bowl; toss with cheese.
