Brussels Sprout Salad
Ingredients:
- 8 tbsp Olive Oil
- .25 c Sherry Vinegar
- 2 tbsp Whole-Grain Mustard
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tbsp Dried Tarragon
- .5 tsp Sea Salt
- 1 lb Brussels Sprouts thinly sliced
Instructions:
- In a medium bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar, mustard, garlic, tarragon, and a good pinch of sea salt.
- Add shaved Brussels sprouts and toss to combine.
