Broccoli Rabe with Balsamic Vinaigrette
Ingredients:
- 1.5 lb Broccoli Rabe trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
- 6 tbsp Olive Oil extra virgin
- 2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1 Shallots minced
- .25 tsp Ground Mustard
- 1 tsp Sea Salt to taste
- .5 tsp Ground Black Pepper
Instructions:
- Bring a large pot of salted water to boil.
- Stir in broccoli rabe and boil until tender, about 2–3 minutes.
- Drain. Submerge broccoli rabe in a bowl of cold water, drain, and pat dry.
- Whisk together remaining ingredients, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Add broccoli rabe and toss to combine.
