Blackened Salmon with Avocado Salsa
Ingredients:
- 1.5 lbs Salmon Fillets 4 fillets
- 4 tsp Cajun Seasoning
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 Avocado diced
- .25 c Red Onions diced
- 1 Jalapenos small, finely diced
- 1 tbsp Fresh Cilantro rinsed and chopped
- 1 tbsp Lime Juice
- 1 tbsp Bell Peppers red, finely diced
- .5 tsp Paprika
- .5 tsp Cumin ground
- .25 tsp Sea Salt
Instructions:
- Heat oil in a large skillet. Season salmon with cajun seasoning. Cook on each side 3-5 minutes until golden brown to blackened.
- While Salmon cooks, peel and dice avocados and chop cilantro. Mix remaining ingredients together. Serve on top of the salmon.
