Blackened Salmon with Avocado Salsa

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 lbs Salmon Fillets 4 fillets
  • 4 tsp Cajun Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 Avocado diced
  • .25 c Red Onions diced
  • 1 Jalapenos small, finely diced
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Cilantro rinsed and chopped
  • 1 tbsp Lime Juice
  • 1 tbsp Bell Peppers red, finely diced
  • .5 tsp Paprika
  • .5 tsp Cumin ground
  • .25 tsp Sea Salt

Instructions:

  • Heat oil in a large skillet. Season salmon with cajun seasoning. Cook on each side 3-5 minutes until golden brown to blackened.
  • While Salmon cooks, peel and dice avocados and chop cilantro. Mix remaining ingredients together. Serve on top of the salmon.
