Bacon Roasted Broccoli
Ingredients:
- 4 c Broccoli Florets about a pound
- .5 lb Bacon sliced
- 5 cloves Garlic minced
- 8 tbsp Avocado Oil
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
- .5 tsp Ground Black Pepper exclude for AIP
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Place the broccoli, bacon, and garlic cloves in a gallon-sized sealable bag.
- Add oil and along with a generous amount of salt and freshly ground black pepper.
- Seal the bag and shake it vigorously.
- Pour the contents on a foil-lined baking tray, taking care to make sure that they are in a single layer.
- Roast the broccoli for 30–35 minutes, rotating the tray and flipping the contents every 10 minutes or so.
