  • In a large stock pot over medium heat, combine the olive oil and ground meat.
  • Cook for 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until the meat is browned. Drain the excess fat if desired.
  • Add the garlic, onions, salt, rosemary, and thyme. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the onion starts to become translucent, 3 to 5 minutes.
  • Add the broth and sweet potatoes, increase the heat to medium-high, and bring to a boil.
  • Boil for 2 minutes, then reduce the heat to low. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
  • Stir in the kale until wilted. Add the coconut milk and coconut cream, and stir until warmed through. Serve immediately.
