AIP Lemon Swiss Chard
Ingredients:
- 2 bunches Swiss Chard washed, tough stem ends removed, chopped into strips
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 4 cloves Garlic minced or pressed
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- .5 tsp Sea Salt
Instructions:
- Heat oil in a large pot over medium-low heat.
- Add garlic, cook and stir just until fragrant.
- Add chard and lemon juice, stir to coat chard with garlic and lemon juice.
- Cover pot, and steam until wilted, about 4-6 minutes.
- Remove from heat, uncover, sprinkle with salt and serve warm.
