AIP Lemon Swiss Chard

Ingredients:

  • 2 bunches Swiss Chard washed, tough stem ends removed, chopped into strips
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced or pressed
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • .5 tsp Sea Salt

Instructions:

  • Heat oil in a large pot over medium-low heat.
  • Add garlic, cook and stir just until fragrant.
  • Add chard and lemon juice, stir to coat chard with garlic and lemon juice.
  • Cover pot, and steam until wilted, about 4-6 minutes.
  • Remove from heat, uncover, sprinkle with salt and serve warm.
