3 Minute Low Carb Biscuits
Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 2 tbsp Coconut Flour
- 1 Eggs
- 1 tbsp Heavy Cream
- 2 tbsp Water
- .25 c Cheddar Cheese shredded
- .125 tsp Garlic Powder
- .125 tsp Onion Powder
- .125 tsp Dried Parsley
- .125 tsp Sea Salt
- .125 tsp Ground Black Pepper
- .25 tsp Baking Powder
Instructions:
- Melt butter in a coffee mug by microwaving for 20 seconds.
- Add coconut flour, baking powder, and seasonings. Mix to incorporate with a fork.
- Microwave for 3 minutes. Immediately remove from the mug and allow to cool for 2 minutes.
